GOD SAVE THE SCENE
It was 2013, at the sports-specialist Loughborough University in the heart of the United Kingdom, where a passionate group of skiers and snowboarders came together to document the best of British skiing on dry and indoor slopes. With talented sports cinematographer Jack Tompkins behind the lens, the only way was up.
The culture of our homegrown talent was like no other — and it needed to be captured. We believe it’s our duty to promote grassroots snowsport involvement in a nation with very little natural skiing terrain. We’re passionate about making snowsports accessible to all. Anyone can be the next James 'Woodsy' Woods or Kirsty Muir — with the right mindset, we’d even argue that we have an advantage, with snowsports available year-round.
โ
In 2016, we released our first feature film, God Save The Scene, which opened the world’s eyes to our kingdom — but the story of British snowsports is far from over. We have no plans to stop our mission of encouraging UK skiers and snowboarders to never overlook their home turf.
We’re here to prove that world-class riders, or unforgettable sessions with your friends, can be made right here at home — because the heart of UK skiing isn’t found in altitude; it’s found in attitude.
